Your experience doesn’t just end as you get off the boat, we want you to be a part of the community.

A Unique Adventure

Texas is unique in that it's flats can be very shallow, and yet still have the deep Gulf be very accessible not to far away. Often times, we are poling through 4-7" of water looking for fish way back in the marsh and then later in the day we could be catching Jack Crevalle in the deep waters! Redfish are fairly prolific most of the year with lots of opportunities  at Black Drum and Speckled Trout . As the water warms in spring/summer, we see bursts of black drum, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel, Tarpon, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, an odd Snook or two and of course Bull Reds coming in and out near the Gulf with the tides. It is some of the finest fishing in the great, big state of Texas.

Friends & Families

Makes me want to move to Texas so I can fish like this all the time! Jerid is awesome, we have fished quite a bit together and I know when I get in his boat I am in for a good time. He tends to read me pretty well; some days we talk quite a bit and some days we just appreciate the resource! Thanks buddy!

Reel Fishing Reports

Check out our quarterly reports so you can understand what this fishery has to offer each season. The flats are fickle. Feel free to reach out if you need guidance.

We will be talking about all things fishing throughout the rest of the year. Stay tuned for fly tying, different fisheries with related techniques and copies of magazine featured articles from your Captain, Jerid.

As well as, behind the scenes of the skiff build!
